About Paneer Mixed Veg Tikkis
Tikkis are one of my favourite Indian snacks — versatile, easy to make, and loved by all ages. This version combines crumbled paneer with a mix of colourful vegetables to create a wholesome, protein-packed snack that’s perfect any time of the day.
Air frying gives these tikkis a wonderful crispness without deep or shallow frying. It’s a great way to enjoy traditional Indian flavours in a lighter, healthier form. Serve them with green chutney or ketchup, and you’ve got yourself a satisfying snack that’s both nutritious and delicious.
