Deviating from our regular potato fries, lets make sweet potato fries today. It makes for a good tea-time snack. Here’s the recipe.
2 sweet potatoes
Oil for deep frying
- Wash and peel the sweet potatoes and cut into finger sized thin sticks.
- Deep fry the sweet potato fingers.
- Drain on absorbent paper napkins.
- Serve hot with tea.
Note: I did not use any salt in this recipe. But one can sprinkle salt and amchoor powder (dry mango powder) on the fries.
