Vegetarian festive thali – consisting of Puri, potato sabzi, sprouted moong and potato sabzi, tel poli, katachi amti, raw mango chutney, shrikhand, mixed veg raita, varan bhaat and pickle.

Mixed veg raita
1 cup chopped cucumber (kheera)
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes (tamatar)
1 green chilly, finely chopped (hari mirch)
1 cup curds (dahi)
salt as per taste (namak)
In a mixing bowl, add chopped cucumber, chopped tomatoes, chopped green chilly, salt, curds and mix well. Refrigerate and serve chilled.
