Vegetarian Thali

This Vegetarian thali consists some of the simple dishes, but is a deeply satisfying meal.  It is rightly said that “Simplicity is the ultimate form of sophistication”. Items on the thali are chavli usal, khamang kakdi, alu vadi, chapatis, lemon pickle, dal rice (varan bhat) and rice kheer.  Recipes for each of the dishes are given below.
